Program Manager
Our partner is a rapidly growing organization specializing in supply chain solutions, serving as a premier provider of world-class Supply Chain Services outsourcing. Their offerings include products, technical, and administrative support to cater to the diverse needs of the customers. With a focus on developing and managing production inventory management programs, they deliver tailored solutions that address unique OEM requirements.

Responsibilities:
Manage Customer relationships and fulfillment for assigned Inventory Logistics Management (ILM) accounts.
Oversee supply chain, vendor relationships, and ensure timely parts ordering for on-time delivery.
Lead cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Manage small team (potentially) and support Customer’s Kanban and consignment inventory programs.
Coordinate purchasing, forecasting, and sourcing for low SKU spot RFQs.
Develop and achieve targeted service levels and team goals (Budget, On-Time Delivery, Sales, Growth Margin, Inventory Turns).
Provide technical and product support to customers and suppliers.
Coordinates Quarterly Excess/Dead Stock discussions with the Customer to ensure account is properly maintained.
Manages Customer order entry and management into the company ERP and related Program Manager
Regular reporting to local management and work closely with the Commercial and Quality teams.
Occasionally travel to Customer sites.
Requirements:
BA/BS in Logistics, Commercial, Economics or Engineering.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role/industry.
Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven with a commitment to teamwork.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
Fluent in English & Hungarian (German language is a plus).
Driving license (cat. B) preferred.
