Responsibilities:
Developing Sustainability Strategy
Identifying and interpreting government and customer sustainability requirements.
Conducting sustainability assessments, gap analysis, and developing a comprehensive strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
Establishing ethical, sustainable, and environmental policies.
Steering the company’s social and environmental impacts in a positive direction.
Implementing Sustainability Strategy
Involving internal and external stakeholders in sustainability initiatives.
Collecting and tracking sustainability performance data.
Continuously evaluating key performance indicators and trends.
Keeping regulations up to date and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Meeting client questionnaires and sustainability requirements.
Establishing partnerships with sustainability networks and industry partners.
Promoting social and environmental responsibility via PR and social media channels.
Conducting sustainability training for employees.
Preparing and maintaining sustainability reports.
Submitting reports in line with international and local regulatory guidelines.
Continuously improving sustainability assessments.
Maintaining auditing and reporting systems.
Requirements:
Higher education degree in business administration, environmental sciences, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of global sustainability standards, frameworks, and regulations.
Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with sustainability reporting tools and software.
Ability to collaborate with different functional teams and engage diverse stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability to a changing business environment.
