Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our partner’s dynamic team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and stakeholders.


 


Responsibilities:


Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Team, maintaining customer records and handling documentation.
Manage incoming RFQs using CRM systems and trackers.
Retrieve and analyze item data from QAD, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
Identify missing quote information and liaise with Outside Sales, GAM, or the Customer for clarification.
Launch RFQ processes by creating project and Spot RFQ records in HubSpot/Smartsheet.
Regularly follow up on Spot requests and Projects with the Sourcing team.
Prepare customer offers based on pricing data from Sourcing.
Follow up on all submitted quotations and document outcomes.
Support the complete customer purchasing cycle from quotation to order.
Ensure accurate item setup in the ERP system, including product codes and descriptions.
Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Customer Service, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams.
Maintain and update customer price lists in the ERP system.
Forward purchase orders to Program Management for processing.
Actively participate in sales meetings, training, and development programs.
Contribute to improving operational efficiency through innovative suggestions.

This Position Is For You If You Have:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
2–3 years of experience in inside sales or sales support
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Fluent in both English and Hungarian; other European languages are a plus
Valid driver’s license (Category B) preferred
