Sales Representative (Western Hungary)
Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong technical background in mechanical engineering? Join the dynamic team at our partner’s company, a leading provider of industrial sealing solutions, and help us grow our market presence in Western Hungary!
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of the products and services, ensuring the achievement of agreed turnover and pricing targets.
Build strong client relationships and expand our customer base in the region.
Demonstrate a high level of technical understanding of mechanical engineering, especially machinery used in oil & gas, pharmaceutical, and production sectors.
Identify and evaluate potential customers, and maintain up-to-date sales documentation and forecasts.
Collaborate closely with sales colleagues, technical managers, and senior sales directors.
Keep CRM (C4C) and ERP (SAP S/4) systems current and accurate.
Conduct regular field visits, prepare weekly/monthly sales plans, and monitor inventory levels.
Track competitor activities and share relevant insights with the team.
Prepare and follow up on offers, organize presentations and training sessions, and introduce new products/services.
Promote service activities, secure service contracts, and support project execution.
Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain a high standard of quality management.
Commit to continuous self-development and training.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–4 years of proven sales experience in mechanical engineering.
Technical interest and understanding of industrial machinery.
Experience in oil & gas, pharmaceutical, or production-related industries is a strong advantage.
Proficient in CRM and ERP systems; knowledge of SAP S/4 is a plus.
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within Western Hungary.
