Order Processing Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated colleague with at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in order management or logistics, who would be happy to join the dynamic team of a company with an international background.
Main Responsibilities:
Handling and tracking customer and supplier orders
Actively follow up of delivery dates with production centres and executing proper escalation if necessary
Managing customs clearance and export control processes
Arranging ad-hoc logistics activities with freight forwarders, consignment stock management
Timely completion of Intrastat, Environmental, excise duties and other governmental reports
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
Secondary education
Accurate and reliable work ethic
Openness to teamwork and a customer-focused mindset
Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of SAP S/4 is an advantage)
Technical interest in the fields of mechanical engineering, oil & gas, or pharmaceuticals is a plus
Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
Fluent in Hungarian
