As a Senior Software Engineer, you will drive the design and development of scalable software solutions, guide technical decisions, and mentor fellow engineers. Your work will directly contribute to the success of high-impact projects that shape the future of financial technology.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable DevOps solutions for development teams.
- Drive the implementation of observability tools and practices (logs, metrics, alerting, dashboards).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline developer workflows and infrastructure automation.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
- Manage cloud services and architectures on AWS.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical initiatives, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Support CI/CD pipeline design and ensure rapid, high-quality software delivery.
- Take part in knowledge sharing, hands-on training, and platform onboarding for teams.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a DevOps/platform engineering role.
- Solid experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Expertise in observability, including logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Proficiency in tools like Datadog, PagerDuty (Splunk or OpenSearch is a plus).
- Experience with Docker and container-based environments.
- Programming knowledge in Go or TypeScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
