Finance Manager
Our internationally and dynamically growing American-owned partner company is looking for a Finance Manager. The company is a strategic player in the global industrial supply chain solutions market and provides customized, complex services to large corporate clients worldwide. Financial operations play a key role in achieving the company’s growth targets, and they are seeking an experienced professional with a strategic mindset, international experience, and strong leadership skills to support further development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, annual reports, and P&L reports
Manage monthly and annual financial closings
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
Coordinate financial processes with domestic and international subsidiaries (e.g., China)
Ensure compliance with international and local tax and regulatory requirements
Liaise with the corporate finance team of the parent company
Prepare for and represent the company in internal and external audits
Support and initiate financial developments within the ERP system
Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements
Monitor and analyze financial performance continuously
Identify cost optimization opportunities
Recognize business risks and opportunities
Lead, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the finance team
Collaborate with other departments and represent financial aspects across the organization
We are looking for you if you have:
University degree in finance, accounting, or economics
At least 5 years of leadership experience in a financial or accounting role
Strong knowledge of ERP and reporting systems
Fluent English and Hungarian language skills (both written and spoken)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
A proactive, results-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
Strong leadership skills and a team-building mindset
