Quality Assurance Engineer
Our Partner is an international manufacturing company that is continuously expanding and is therefore looking for Quality Assurance Engineers for its Hungarian sites. This position is an excellent opportunity for engineers who would like to work in an international environment, are open to learning, and are interested in deepening their expertise in one area of quality assurance, while gaining hands-on experience in real manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Supporting quality processes throughout the entire manufacturing lifecycle
- Monitoring and stabilising manufacturing and technological processes from a quality perspective
- Maintaining and updating quality documentation (e.g. Control Plans, process descriptions)
- Analysing process and product defects, performing root cause analysis (RCA, 5Why), and defining corrective actions
- Handling internal, customer, and supplier complaints
- Supporting production launch and sample manufacturing activities from a quality standpoint
- Analysing SPC data and monitoring quality trends
- Cooperating closely with production, engineering, logistics, and supplier teams
- Participating in internal and external quality audits
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, either in quality assurance, as a technologist, or as a production support engineer
- Experience in at least one of the following areas is an advantage:
- Injection moulding
- Aluminium or casting processing
- Cable manufacturing, harnessing, assembly
- Stamping, surface treatment/coating
- Communicative level of English and C1-C2 level of Hungarian language knowledge
