Our partner is a global organization with a strong international presence, currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their growing IT support team in Budapest.
Your responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including device preparation and access provisioning
- Monitor, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation within the ticketing system
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and escalate complex issues when necessary
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in IT Support, Service Desk, End User Support, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and end-user devices
- Experience with user account administration and access management in Active Directory and/or Azure AD
- Ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity, VPN, and Wi-Fi problems
- Familiarity with ticketing and IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms
- Understanding of incident management and IT support processes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Good communication skills in English
