Responsibilities
- Provide 2rd or 3rd IT support to end users (depending on your seniority)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage incidents and service requests while meeting agreed SLAs
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Lead device management and adminstrate user environment and user accounts, permissions, and access rights (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365, endpoint management)
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve escalated and complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and services
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365, endpoint management tools
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory user administration
- Networking knowledge (VPN, Wi-Fi, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or other endpoint management solutions is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Good command of English
