Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer (Angular | .NET | Azure)

Our partner is a global company specializing in the sourcing and supply chain management of electronic components. As part of its growing engineering organization in Budapest, the company is building long-term in-house software development capabilities to support its global business operations.
What will you do?
- Design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications using .NET/C# on the backend and Angular on the frontend.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, integrations, background services, and data-driven applications.
- Work with SQL Server databases, optimize queries, and support complex business workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps, and other engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Modernize existing applications, reduce technical debt, and improve software performance and maintainability.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to long-term technical improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, support automated testing, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of professional experience with .NET / C# development.
- Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core.
- Solid frontend development experience with Angular (React or Vue.js is considered an advantage).
- Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Strong knowledge of REST API development and system integrations.
- Experience with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Ability to work independently in an international environment.
- Fluent English, as it is the company's working language.
- Eligibility to work in Hungary.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, supply chain, logistics, or other enterprise B2B systems.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Message queues or event-driven architectures.
- Interest in AI-assisted software development tools.
